Good day! My name is Odelon, my friends just called me Ode. I’m currently working as a Sr. Human Resource Specialist in one of the top corporations here in the Philippines. I was assigned at Training and Development Division handling soft-skills training such as communications (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation skills, and work attitude and values enhancement programs. I’m also handling Quality and Environmental Management System-related training programs. I finished my Masters in Business Administration last 2007 and currently taking up my Masters in Industrial Relations at University of the Philippines: Diliman. For me, a good teacher is like a candle: it consumes itself to light the way for others. A few years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how many money I had in the bank…but the world maybe a better place because I made a difference in the life on an individual.
