Hi! I'm Teacher Joseph. I studied Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. Before teaching, I was a process associate and a customer service representative in several BPO companies for eight years. I assisted Americans and other foreign customers regarding their queries. I also have a brief teaching experience in teaching and I found it very relaxing and satisfying because it gives me the perfect opportunity to share my knowledge and also learn from my students.
