Hi! My name is Mary Grace Villaseñor. My friends call me Angel. I’m 35 years old. I studied at the University of the Philippines where I took up BS BIOLOGY. I’m also now currently employed as a Corporate Quality Analyst in a BPO Industry where my primary job description is to coach Call Center Agents to effectively communicate with the customers and to ensure that perfect service is given at all times. I believe that English is the most commonly used language among foreign language speakers. Throughout the world, when people with different languages come together, they commonly use English to communicate. I can then just imagine how the world will be like if everyone can speak one language that everyone knows. I always choose to make positive and healthy choices for myself. I believe that one should never stop learning because life never stops teaching.
