Hi! I'm Mia, I taught one-on-one in tutoring English to Koreans here in Baguio for about a year. As an ESL Teacher, I essentially prepare lesson plans which include teaching English grammar, writing, reading, speaking and listening skills. These will enable students to effectively communicate in English. It is my responsibility to determine student's strength and weaknesses for me to enable to make lesson plans to meet specific needs of the student and deliver the lesson. Teaching English in an online virtual classroom is a very exciting experience. I demonstrate a positive attitude, offer feedback to motivate students and encourage them to participate, most of all, I am patient and understanding, and of course, classes should be informative as well as fun!
