Hi! My name is Yeya Salvacion. I'm currently working as a Travel Consultant. I also had the opportunity to work with a Japanese owned coal-fired power plant as HR Supervisor. My work gave me the opportunity to lead the HR team in the implementation of all facets of human resource including training and development. I am also a Certified SGV DDI facilitator. As a Certified SGV DDI Facilitator, I have conducted the Change Management Program, a SGV-DDI program. Other training programs I have handled are, 5S Program, Work in a Japanese Environment, The Latest and Trendiest in Travel and Tourism, Travel Agency Operations, and Job Evaluation program, among others. I was fortunate to have worked in a Japanese company and teach English to some Japanese assigned in the plant. My passion for learning makes me a devoted mentor, the reason helping people learn through training is a commitment. Another passion is travelling, which for me is another way of learning. A favorite hobby is reading, which I acquired from my father. A book given by my father and I consider my first book in my personal library is the book Black Beauty. Some memorable novel are Thornbirds (authored by Collen McCullogh), The God Father (by Mario Puzzo) and Memoirs of a Geisha (by Arthur Golden).To be a coach and mentor is my mission in life.
