I have about more or less 4 years of experience working as a call center agent for prestigious companies. I spoke to clients of different nationalities such as Americans, Canadians, and even clients all the way to Australia and Europe. And I speak with them 6 to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. A few more things about myself, I like watching movies, TV series and I am also a music lover. One of my recent hobbies is about appreciating computer hardware and components.
