In London, beer lovers have a unique destination: the Bermondsey Beer Mile. The area is home to many breweries and bars, offering a wide range of beers and ciders along the streets and railways in South London. The Beer Mile starts from near Tower Bridge to Bermondsey, an area that has become more popular over the years.

The Bermondsey Beer Mile started in 2009 when a brewery called The Kernel opened in the area. Since then, more breweries have opened, though some have moved or closed. Some of the breweries became very successful and outgrew the small spaces in the railways. However, new bars regularly crop up, bringing with them live music, table tennis, and even skateboarding activities.

Today, the Bermondsey Beer Mile is still one of London’s best places for beer fans to enjoy and explore. On sunny Saturdays, many beer lovers come to visit more than 20 different breweries to try many different types of beer. The Bermondsey Beer Mile has a lively atmosphere that attracts both local people and tourists who want to have an exciting experience away from the usual places.
