News Report:

A college student from Osaka sought the help of local police for his stolen bike. The student who lost his bike left his bike at a bike rack outside a convenience store. When he returned to get it a few minutes later, the bike was no longer there. The police are considering some gang members in the area as the people who possibly took the bike. The gang members have been previously involved in similar crimes, but were only put under supervision by the local police. If the police prove that the accused individuals really committed the crime, they may face one to three years in prison or have to give money as penalty.
