Canada is one of many countries with a growing number of vegetarians. A poll conducted in 2015 revealed that almost 12 million Canadians are either vegetarian or are actively trying to eat less meat.

Did you know there are many different kinds of vegetarians? Pescatarians don’t eat meat but do eat fish. Lacto-ovo-vegetarians don’t eat meat but do eat eggs and dairy products. Ovo-vegetarians don’t eat meat or dairy products but do eat eggs.
