No wonder it earned the title of The City of Sleep.

I can listen to and understand someone talking about nightlife.

Nightlife in Paris was very active during the 1990s, but it eventually died down in the 2000s due to strict laws on noise restrictions.

STEP B SPEAK YOUR MIND

Sometimes you want to disagree with someone’s decision or choice.

TRIVIA

For example, New York City is known as The City that Never Sleeps because the city’s subway and many of its restaurants are open 24 hours a day, Jaipur in India is called The Pink City because most of the buildings there are painted pink, and Sydney is nicknamed The Harbor City because it has one of the largest harbors in the world.
