  • I take a bath at night. I relax in the bathtub for one hour.
  • I always go to bed early so I can sleep for at least eight hours.

TRIVIA

In Japanese, you say hayaoki wa sanmon no toku (早起きは三文の徳). In English, there is a similar saying: Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise!

Sometimes being a mother is very stressful. I’m busy, but I try to take care of myself just a little bit each day.

First, I stretch in the morning. Then, I have a big breakfast with my children. After breakfast, I take a supplement for my skin.

I have a healthy meal at lunchtime. I always eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

To exercise, I take a long walk around my neighborhood in the afternoon.
