Use superlative forms other than the + [superlative adjective/adverb] to explain that one person or thing in a group has more of a quality than the rest.
一人/一つの人や物が、集団の中で他の人・物よりも勝っていることを説明するために、＜the＋形容詞/副詞の最上級＞以外の形の最上級の使い方を学びましょう。-
Use the form the + [ordinal number] + [superlative adjective/adverb]* to rank people or things in a group.
一人/一つの人や物が、集団の中で何番目かを表すときには＜the＋序数＋形容詞/副詞の最上級＞* を使いましょう。

Use the form [possessive] + [superlative adjective] + [singular noun] to be more specific.

Use the form one of the + [superlative adjective] + [plural noun] to explain that a person or thing is in the top tier but may not be number one.
人や物が「もっとも…なものの一人/一つ」と言うときには、＜one of the＋形容詞の最上級＋複数形の名詞＞の形を使いましょう。
