Goal

I can use simple present tense with do-verbs.

Use the simple present tense with do-verbs to talk about routines and unchanging situations.

  • Use the dictionary form of the verb for I, you, we, and they.

  • Add -s to most do-verbs for he, she, and it.

  • Be careful with spelling. For do-verbs that end with -o, -ss, -ch, -sh, or -x, add -es.
