Electric Piñata, a confectionery company in the United Kingdom, has offered to pay £600 (around ¥84,000) for someone to try and review its products.

The company promised to send a medley of treats, which will mostly consist of chocolates, biscuits, and other sweets, to the selected product tester. He or she will have the chance to sample the company’s sumptuous creations, such as the Circus Caramel bake, the Fluffy Nutter flavor, and the Mint Delicious Rocky Road.

The offer was not for a full-time position, but the chosen individual will get to relish and review Electric Piñata’s products every month until the end of 2021. All the reviewer will have to do is share the products on social media websites and send pictures and videos to the company for promotional purposes.

To apply for the role, Electric Piñata asked people to upload a unique and creative photo of themselves eating chocolate. Candidates should submit their entries on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #PlayWithYourFood and tag Electric Piñata’s official account.

Electric Piñata then chose the applicant with a photo that was fun, friendly, and colorful—traits that the company considers most important. The contest closed on November 30, 2020, and the winner was announced on December 1, 2020.

Aside from getting paid to eat chocolates and other treats, other perks of being Electric Piñata’s product tester include being able to do the job in the comfort of your home and sharing the treats with family and friends.

Electric Piñata’s recipes will also be included in the box, but the company prohibited the winner from divulging this information to anyone.
